Terms of use
The rules for using Oh! Thyme.
Last updated October 29, 2026
These terms cover your use of Oh! Thyme: the website, the web console and the phone apps.
A pre-release service
Oh! Thyme is in pre-release. Features may change, and we tell your employer before big changes when we can.
Your account
Your employer sets up your account and decides who can see and approve your time. Keep your sign-in to yourself and sign out on phones you share. Tell your supervisor or email support@ohthyme.com if you think someone else used your account.
Who owns your hours
The time you record belongs to you and your employer. We use it only to run Oh! Thyme for your employer, as described in the privacy policy.
Check your hours
Oh! Thyme works out overtime, double time and break premiums from the rules your employer chooses. It does not pay anyone and it is not legal advice. Your employer is responsible for checking hours and paying them correctly.
Fair use
Record only your own time, or time you are allowed to enter for others. Do not try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service.
Changes and questions
These terms may change as Oh! Thyme develops. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: support@ohthyme.com.
