Crew time that lands on the right job, every day.

Superintendents stop chasing timecards. Crews clock in at the gate with their own phone, and every hour arrives on the NetSuite project and task it belongs to.

Built for crews on several sites a week.

Proof at the gate.

A QR label at each gate shows the person was there when they clocked in. A label at a work area puts the hours on that task, so nobody has to guess the cost code at the end of the week.

One phone can clock in the crew.

A foreman clocks in a crew who left their phones in the truck, and every punch records who made it. Moving the crew to another task moves their hours with it.

Wage-order math done for you.

Daily overtime, double time, the seventh day and meal and rest premiums are computed from the punches, to the minute. Under a qualifying union agreement the meal rule can follow it.

Getting a crew started.

  1. Connect NetSuite

Jobs and cost-code tasks come in nightly.

  2. Post the codes

Gates and work areas that need proof or a set task.

  3. Invite the crews

An email with a link for iPhone or Android.

  4. Approve on Friday

Problems first, the rest in one tap.

Questions from construction companies.

What if a site has no signal?

Clock-ins save on the phone with their time and send when the phone is back online. They are never counted twice.

Is travel between sites paid time?

Federal rules count travel between job sites during the day as hours worked, so it stays on the clock. The commute from home does not.

Do apprentices under 18 need anything?

Federal rules bar construction work under 16 and many construction tasks under 18. Keep that in your hiring policy.
