Hours typed once, in the systems you already run.

NetSuite stays the source of people and projects. Payroll keeps paying the way it does today. Oh! Thyme sits between them and sends each one exactly what it imports.

What moves where.

Each system gets hours the way it expects, and only once.

Setting it up.

Your admins connect what you already use. Nothing has to be rebuilt.

  1. Connect NetSuite

Your NetSuite admin creates a role and an access key, following our steps. About 20 minutes.

  2. Connect payroll

Your payroll lead sends us the earning codes, including the ones California needs.

  3. Add your sites

Tell us where each site is and which gates or work areas get codes.

  4. Invite your people

Each person signs in with their work email, or with Microsoft if your company uses it.

Questions about integrations.

Must we change NetSuite?

No. Your admin creates one role and one integration record. Oh! Thyme reads employees, projects and tasks, and adds approved hours as ordinary time entries.

Is there a direct API for ADP, Paylocity or Gusto?

Not yet. Each needs a partner approval from that vendor. Until then the file is exactly what each one imports, and the download is refused, with the reason, while anything it needs is missing.

Does it work with QuickBooks?

Not today. Oh! Thyme is built for NetSuite companies. Tell us what you run and we will say plainly whether it fits.
