Timesheets that fit how each person works.

Crews clock in and out. Office staff type their hours at the end of the day or the week. Everyone sees only their own projects, straight from NetSuite.

Pick one of three ways for each person.

Clock in and out

Tap Clock in on the phone or the web, or scan a code where you work. Switch projects as the day changes.

Fill in each day

Type the hours for each project at the end of the day, on the phone or on the web. No clocking in or out.

Fill in the week

Enter the whole week at once, or copy last week and change what was different. Submit it when it is right.

The details that save a Friday afternoon.

Only the projects each person works on.

Projects and their tasks come from NetSuite every night, nested as they are there. An admin assigns people to projects from the person or the project, so the list on the phone stays short.

A week in one screen.

Office staff see Sunday to Saturday as a grid of projects and days. Copy last week, change what was different, and submit. A pay period runs 15 or 16 days, so it is shown one week at a time.

Submit, and see where each day stands.

Every day shows its state: open, submitted, approved, sent to NetSuite, or closed with the pay period. Submit leaves out today while the person is still on the clock.

Anyone can print their timesheet or save it as a PDF.

Questions about timesheets.

Do office staff clock in?

No. They fill in each day or the whole week instead, and see only the projects they work on.

Can one person both clock in and fill in hours?

Each person has one way to record time, chosen by an admin. A field supervisor can clock in while the office fills in the week.

Can salaried people use it?

Yes. Hours by project are what NetSuite needs for job costing, whether or not overtime applies to the person.

What if a day is wrong after I submit it?

Fix it yourself until the pay period closes. Small fixes save right away and bigger ones go to your supervisor. See approvals and fixes.
