Invite your people

One email per person with a link for iPhone and a link for Android.

What each person gets#

Inviting someone sends one email with two codes, one for an iPhone and one for an Android phone. The person taps the one for their phone. The link opens ohthyme.com/i/ followed by the code:

• With the app installed, it opens the app on "Is this you?". They confirm and they are signed in.
• Without the app, the page sends them to install it and keeps the code for them to type. During pre-release, iPhone users install through TestFlight.

Codes are made of letters and digits that cannot be mistaken for each other when typed by hand, and they last 14 days. Accepting any code voids every other code that person was sent.

Before you invite#

• Make sure each person's work email is right. It is how they sign in.
• Assign each person to the projects they work on, from the person or from the project, so their list on the phone is short.
• Choose how each person records time: clock in and out, fill in each day, or fill in the week.

People who only approve#

Supervisors who only approve are free. They sign in the same way and see their people's time.

If someone did not get the email, ask them to check spam for a message from Oh! Thyme, then check the address on file.
